1. About Being Yes

Being Yes is a productivity and wellbeing web application operated by Holistic Champions ("we", "us"). It provides tasks, a focus timer, habits, journaling, energy tracking, and daily wins.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens under your Being Yes account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Monthly plan: ₹99 per month.
• Yearly plan: ₹499 per year.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store card details.
• Access is granted for the paid period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes, tasks, journals, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content only to operate the service for you.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You can stop using Being Yes at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
