Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

14-day refund policy

• Every paid plan (monthly or yearly) is refundable within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Simply email us within those 14 days and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
• Renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email contact@holisticchampions.in from your registered email with your order id. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by Cashfree.

Free accounts and invites

Free-forever accounts and admin-invited accounts do not involve payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged but access is not granted, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fully refund the duplicate or failed charge.
